Carjamming During The Darker Months

During this time of year when the skies darken a little earlier certain car crimes can become more widespread. One of these is known as 'carjamming'. This crime is can be encouraged in a way by the driver himself due to being careless. Most of us use the practice of locking our cars when we are parked on the street or in a multi-story park. This gives our cars the most basic protection we can give it. Many of us do not however lock our cars when we are driving on the roads. Carjamming refers to thieves who prey on unlocked cars while they may be stationary for a moment at a traffic light.
